Once the implementation is complete, it only starts: you need to get to know Salesforce better and how does this all fit into your daily work (process)? How do you get the most out of it and does Salesforce really work for you, instead of having an administrative task?

User adoption

Colleague Aryen Pellikaan and I are committed to an optimal user adoption of all our customers who use Salesforce.

We would like to pay more attention to this topic for our customers in 2020. The exchange of experiences between the different organizations is central, as is the sharing of tips and best practices.

Personal attention

On Friday 15 November we were able to look at the deployment of Salesforce in various organizations for the first time and through an “online consultation”. Three customers were present: the Ronald McDonald Children’s Fund, Solidaridad and the Timon Foundation. The feedback afterwards was: “worth repeating!”, “Nice to exchange experiences like this” and “nice that you organize this for us”.
