Exciting perspectives for Nonprofit Cloud

Salesforce.org invests heavily in the further development of the Nonprofit Cloud, of which NPSP (the Nonprofit Success Pack) is the core. Improvements in the support of fundraising and the introduction of Program Management functionality are most striking. But much more is being developed. During the Partner Summit in May, we were given a glimpse into the future.
Some developments highlighted
What about the Salesforce.org Payment Gateway? This makes it easier to process payments from all kinds of third parties in the future. Think of Adyen, PayPal, Stripe, but also StepOrange, widely used by non-profits in the Netherlands. A number of things are also planned in the field of Program Management. The first pilots are now running. For Salesforce.org, it’s all about impact in the coming years. Helping non-profit organizations to demonstrate the effect of their work will be central in the coming years. It is expected that during Dreamforce in November, concrete announcements will be made about the developments above, and more. Such as connectors with Facebook, Twitter and other third parties, with which you further complete the 360-degree view of your target group. Or functionality to strengthen the connection with volunteers.
Customer feedback is leading
Of course we must be cautious. Announcements are not a reality yet, decisions must be based on what is now. But one thing is clear: Salesforce.org is serious about translating feedback from its non-profit customers into increasingly added value. It is clear that Salesforce also takes the Nonprofit Cloud and therefore NPSP very seriously for the Dutch market!
