 Multifactor authentication

As the number of digital threats increases, so does the attention paid to security. And that is a good thing. A first step is to prevent unauthorised access to IT systems. Using only a user name and password is no longer acceptable. Passwords are too often “leaked” or easily guessed by powerful computers. Therefore, starting February 1, 2022, Salesforce will make multi-factor authentication mandatory. That means you have to identify yourself in at least two ways before you log in. For example, entering a password and a code from an authentication app on your mobile phone.
