Freshdesk Contact Center heeft alle functionaliteiten die je nodig hebt voor telefonie. Begeleid je klanten via een IVR direct naar de juiste collega’s, zet ze in de wacht als alle medewerkers bezet zijn of geef ze de mogelijkheid om een voicemail achter te laten. Bepaal de flow per nummer en wat er binnen en buiten openingstijden met oproepen moet gebeuren. Gemiste en afgebroken gesprekken worden gelogd en omgezet in tickets, zodat de medewerkers daar direct actie op kunnen nemen.
