More happy customers thanks to chatbots
Companies are increasingly using chatbots to communicate with customers. Frankwatching even dubbed 2018 ‘the year of the chatbot’ in this article. The correct implementation of a chatbot can improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase customer- and employee happiness.
Wondering how to set one up? During g-company’s next step event, Jonas Aerts and Thomas van Latum showed visitors how even an IT novice could set up one. They used Google’s easy-to-use, beginner-friendly framework. They even gave a short demonstration, showing a chatbot for ordering pizza, as well as the chatbot under development for the Antwerp fire department.
