The iron age is over!

Originally, the computer was meant to help us perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately. Traditionally, rolling out a new software application started with a visit to the actual data centre to build the infrastructure.

But we have come a lot further since then. Nowadays, the cloud allows us to build a dynamic, precise and scalable infrastructure with nothing more than an internet connection.

During one of the breakout session at g-company’s next step event, Edsger de Looff covered the advantages, and provided a couple of demo’s to show the audience the power behind infrastructure as code.
