User groups help you take the next step

Various customers of g-company, but also other Salesforce users, have come together in user groups. They meet regularly, to exchange ideas and experiences. When, for instance, an organization has developed an awesome solution for marketing automation, this could potentially inspire others to choose similar solutions. Let’s not forget that joining forces can also be interesting when it comes to developing a specialized solution in team. Such as, for instance, importing files for callcentres, or data deduplication.

Trailheads and Meetups 

Trailhead is the free online learning platform by Salesforce. It’s the ideal place to get to know Salesforce quickly and in a fun way. There are well over 128 trails and 464 modules to choose from. There’s always a learning trail specific to the precise part of Salesforce you want to learn more about. Tip: you can make multiple test ‘orgs’ to perform practical assignments.

If you want to be in contact with your fellow students as well, besides your selfstudy, you can always participate in a Meetup. There are meetups monthly, or sometimes even more frequently than that, in Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Utrecht, and Veenendaal. These meetups are casual and are there to help everyone get the most out of Salesforce.

Certification

The crowning achievement after studying so hard, is attaining that official certification, of course. Selfstudy and online trainings can already help you quite a bit. And when you’re in the final stretch before an exam, you can always watch one of the webinars which Salesforce regularly organizes, to get the final details right.
