However, we see that in many cases people do not have the right tools to do this in a good way.
During this session we will therefore show you how you can use Freshbots for your customer journey and what makes a chatbot actually successful. We will also take you through your own Freshbots test environment and discover how to build a chatbot and link it to other Freshworks solutions.
