With the addition of a Salesforce specialist to the g-company support-team, this service can be provided to you at a very appealing rate

All questions are welcome. Whether they are about setting up a workflow, drafting a report or conducting the monthly collection: with Admin on Demand you’ll avoid facing surprises. Our colleague will estimate the necessary work, and doesn’t start until after you have given your approval. When more complex changes are required, your accountmanager or consultant will contact you to draft a proposal.

“Since april last year, I’m the person responsible for answering the questions our Salesforce customers might have. Prior to that, I had worked in the non-profit sector for 15 years. First at Dorcas, and then at Light for the World. My passion for Salesforce started a year ago, when g-company implemented the platform at Light for the World. I am fascinated by the possibilities Salesforce provides. At its core, it is possible to set it up easily and flexibly. But once you dig deeper, it can become quite complex. Even now, having earned five certificates, I still feel like there is an endless amount of things to learn.

My ambition is to help our customers get the most out of Salesforce. When they are able to do that themselves, that’s great of course. But once it starts to become complex, it’s involve a specialist. At g-company, I’m the primary point of contact for questions and issues. When they’re too complex even for me, I can fall back on our consultants. Big changes are handled with a project-based approach.”


New support rate
Starting January 1st 2019, a reduced rate of €87 per hour (excl. VAT) will apply to primary Salesforce support. As a client, you automatically use this new rate. When your question requires secondary support, the rate of €125 per hour (excl. VAT) will apply. Of course you will have to give your authorization before your request is sent to the secondary line of support.
