Our implementation approach

g-company is Freshworks' preferred partner in the Benelux and supports the implementation of Freshworks software. With years of experience we have developed an effective approach, aimed at maximising added value for the client, in terms of knowledge transfer and reducing turnaround time.

We start with a kick-off session in which we determine the objective, scope, planning and role distribution. Then we start the setup phase and talk about business processes. How do you work now, how would you like to work, is there room for improvement and automation?

We then make the translation to software. Everything is aimed at ensuring that our customers focusses on serving the customer and as little as possible on operating systems and peripheral issues. Setting up the environment is custom work.

Once your environment is set up, we provide training so that everyone is ready to work with the new software. During the go-live we provide live support and assistance. At the end of the implementation we evaluate whether the goals have been achieved.
